This place is possibly the worst dunkin donuts EVER. the lady at the cashier was extremely rude, she kept on tapping the box of tissues at the counter as she waited for the receipt to print out and questioned if i wanted the hazelnut ice coffee or the caramel ice coffee with an attitude. the chick who made my coffee had super long nails and was gossiping about some party last night with some coworkers, which i though was super unprofessional on her part. the hazelnut iced coffee came out sour and over syruped with hazelnut flavoring and there was still a layer (I repeat LAYER) of sugar chunks settling at the bottom of the cup which made the drink become unappealing to drink. it was not even sweet. I was about to go back and ask for a different drink but i thought that it wouldnt be worth the time to go back and deal with the cashier lady, especially at 5:45 am. oh there is another thing I found was ridiculous, they charged 35 cents for hot water. on the bright side, there was free wifi and an outlet to charge your phone

Hey people, it's a D&D to go. That means they're selling their most popular donuts and coffee only. It's meant to be fast. In, out, on your plane headed elsewhere. If you're a little more high maintenance I suggest walking 100 feet to the full service D&D on the opposite side if the gate. But I digress, this review is more-so about Maggie than D&D. She was the woman working the kiosk today and was just SO DANG SWEET it was ridiculous. Really brightened my day by making small conversation while checking out. I was in such a sour mood and hearing her talk to the other customers I was thinking 'Seriously woman, do NOT try to speak to me. Today is not the day,' but she did and really turned my day around. Thank you!

This isn't a full version of Dunkin Donuts. No dunkin donuts food and a limited selection of beverages and donuts. The menu sign said there were two sizes of iced coffee so I asked for a large (hoping for the bigger of the two) the cashier shook her head and said "small?" I was confused since there were two sizes of cups behind the counter for cold beverages. They were not willing to serve up a bigger size. Not sure why.

Average at best, but what can you expect for a Dunkin kiosk. The past couple times passing through here, the donut selection was seriously lacking. I'm not sure if people just buy as many as they can before they fly, or if they just don't get deliveries often. Coffee is the same as at any Dunkin. So, grab your morning fix or a nice drink before your flight.

OOOhhhhhhh! D&D! i love d&d. They don't have it in California....so sad. Sometimes I debate on flying down to FL just for an iced coffee and flying back to the west coast to continue living my life.

Was running to catch a flight, frantic searching around for a Starbucks. Then, I remembered that I was on the East Coast and that there is supposedly delicious coffee available at Dunkin' Donuts. I was pleasantly surprised with a nice cup of coffee. I'll be back Mr. Dunkin', yes I'll be back.

To me a donut place is always a happy place. I mean, DONUTS. DONUTS, people! Doesn't that word just inspire happiness right off the bat? The sweet, sweet fried dough, prettily sitting on the shelf calling your name. As I said, happy. So how can I leave a Dunkin Donuts (which has joyful sentimental ties to my childhood, by the way) with unpleasant thoughts in my mind? No, it was not because we took a very early flight out of FLL. No, it was not because this day signaled the end of our trip. And no, it was not because this was the third day of our misadventures. It was because of the rude and attitude-ridden lady who "helped" us. Don't get me wrong. I understand that it was very early in the morning and she probably had had to deal with a lot of unpleasant travelers herself. But by golly, she did not have to do much to please this particular customer (notice how many times I mentioned the word "happy" in the first paragraph). She did not even have to smile. She was the donut fairy in my book, the one who can give me my happy food. A simple nod would have more than sufficed to make me the happiest of flyers that morning. But no, she scowled and gave me attitude and chose to become my rude morning ogre instead. :( Happy donuts, morning ogre helpers... Eek! Methinks not.

There are pretty skimpy food and drink options in Ft. Lauderdale Int'l Airport, and Terminal One is no exception. So if you want coffee, Dunkin Donuts is it. As a result, there will always be a line, and of course, they're prices are sky-high. (Hah. Pun!) BUT: The counter service here has been quite friendly, and I'll admit, their Mocha Swirl Iced Latte is pretty darn satisfying when waiting for a flight. They've also got Donuts (of course) and Bagels and various sandwiches and salads, even a MediaNoche and a Peanut Butter and Jelly. There's a Hot Drip Coffee only Dunkin Stand a bit down the Terminal from this, it's a great way to skip the line if all you want is a Hot Drip Coffee. A-OK sums it up perfectly.

WHAT is the big deal about Dunkin' Donuts?! I am from CA, so on my trip out to FL I had to try what everyone else is raving about from the East Coast. Granted, this is an airport location, so quality must be lower, but still. The line was so long, & the service workers were slow and disinterested. They don't have alternative milks, and the skinny cappucino I got tasted like poor brewed coffee with cheap syrup creamer in it. It tasted horrible, & I threw it out because I was so scared I would get an upset stomach before my long flight back to CA. I even had a donut, because, well, how could I not, & it was of grocery store quality. I don't get it!

I was soooo excited to finally try the Famous Dunkin Donuts and boy what a disappointment. The service was slow, unfriendly and almost rude. The coffee was ok and the donuts sucked. i had a chocolate glazed which looked grey and tasted nothing like chocolate-straight to the garbage can. My wife had a boston creme and although better than my chocolate it also had a weird tangy flavor which should not be found in a boston creme donut.

    Friendly employees. NO DONUTS. How?

  • Kevin S.

Long wait, no donuts, no large cup and apathy. Not sure I blame the employees, this place is run poorly with little or no management oversight. I'll go again next time I'm here because options are limited.

Was at the Terminal 2 Dunkin Donut 6.45 am Dec. 21. Lady serving there was totally unhelpful. She'd rudely said I wait till 'opening' time at 7am even though food was ready and she'd selectively served a few customers before then. I'd been happy to wait if not for the fact that she'd started serving someone already. Will never go there again.

I suppose it could have been worse, but I've been spoiled by soy chai lattes in Southern California. Just standard coffee and donuts I can't eat because of my wheat allergy.

From where I'm from, San Francisco Bay Area, I can't find a Dunkin' Donuts, so I was really curious to tasting their world famous coffee and donuts. I unfortunately, chose to taste at the airport. Not only was the donuts lacking, but so was the coffee. Creamer was dispensed from the tiny cups of sealed creamer. Nuf said. Me thinks I will have to find other more representative of the fine establishment.

Should have read CatNs review first. Old and cold donuts, and the latte is horrible. The selection of donuts on Monday evening is little and they have no clue what flavor is in the Boston cream donut. Kyle, chubby white guy who works there, told me he's not a donut person. C'mon, why have someone who's not into the product selling the product? I thought he might have eaten few too many so he could be an expert. I tried it anyway and it tasted like a day old donut. Disappointed! I also ordered a hazelnut latte that tasted like old melted ice coffee that left in the car. When I asked Kyle to put more hazelnut in, he said oh you want hazelnut? I said, Dude, that's what I ordered! He then added what I believe was hazelnut, but it still tasted crappy. I made better hazelnut latte at Element Hotel in Miami this morning but I didn't have ice. Overall the donut & coffee are no better than a Mom & Pop's donut store. I'll never step close to another Dunkin Donut again after this experience.

Terminal 3, concourse F has a Dunkin Express coffee lane. Get your own coffee, donuts, muffins, etc. The coffee is weak and worst of all they do NOT accept credit cards! How does an airport kiosk in the good ol' USA not take credit cards? Besides all that it is not very "express" travelers juggling their luggage and trying to pour hot coffee and grabbing a muffin at the same time. Not to mention it takes 2 ladies to run this thing hand writing every order. Also they do not have any means of giving you a receipt. For a lot of business travelers this can be annoying since typically no receipt means no reimbursement.

  • Brian L.

A Dunkin in the airport. A nice move by the powers that be to have upgraded the concessions with some chains. Chains can be good for some things, and in this case it is consistency. The locale in terminal one opened before 5:30 am, with two registers open and a least two people working the coffee machines. A smart idea. Clearly, the person in charge knows the customers and is seriously addicted to caffeine.

Blant hot chocolate and cold donuts. No thanks.

This place is pretty awful. It's too bad it's one of only two breakfast options in the E terminal. Toaster is broken, coffee was bath water temperature, crucial supplies -- like creamer -- were out and staff was apathetic. I wouldn't go so far as to call them rude. They just really, really don't care.

    (2)
  • Helen L.

Terminals always always have the "pour your own caf or decaf because we don't have the capability to make drinks nor are there other choices" DD stands. This one can actually make you drinks and serve donuts. Only fall is that they don't have munchkins and the lines are rather long!

    (4)
  • Belle B.

Supply and demand. When you arrive at the airport at 6am, there are not many options. Since this was the only place open, it was very popular. The line was long. There is also another kiosk of Dunkin Donuts coffee and treats a little bit further into the airport, but they weren't open when we arrived. The coffee was hot and they had donuts and pastries, so what more could we really ask for (maybe a breakfast sandwich). Not too bad overall.

The sign and website say it open at 5 am. It's 5:48 am and there's not a single donut in the place. They're "not done cooking, yet."

At the Fort Lauderdale Airport in Terminal A, there is a Dunkin' Donuts. I tried their Cafe Latte and was disappointed, it was way too watery. I also ordered a chocolate donut and she gave me the wrong one. I was flying Virgin America today so after seeing Virgin's food menu, I really wished I would have not ordered the donut.

    (2)

Customer service is horrible! Both inside and the drive thru the lady as an attitude when you place an order. Go somewhere else.

Maybe I'm spoiled, but i prefer Krispy Kreme over Dunkin Donuts . . .

At 8am, not all places are open yet. But Dunkin is up and running. Come and get your coffee and doughnut here.

Not bad for an airport. We ordered a hot chocolate, blueberry muffin, and a banana nut muffin.

I really like their coffee better than anyone's.

  • Rusty P.

Anything food related in an airport is already expected to be subpar, but how do you mess up iced coffee? Start with one part dirty lobby, add a dash of employees who despice you for making them work, and you get a milky water substance when you order an iced hazelnut coffee.

  • Randy H.

It's actually a kiosk, but has Dunkin coffee and a very small selection of muffins & donuts.

What's a girl to do when she's waiting for her flight back home? Ummm grab a donut that's what, they had my favorite, blueberry cake that hit the spot but the wonderful surprise was the latte! Better than Starbucks, made perfectly strong and hot! Good lookin out DD!!

As a pilot, I spend lots of time in airports. This place seems to be trying to set a record for slowest service on earth. I've been here all times of day and it's always a half hour in line for a coffee With 5 people in front of me. Seriously. Go somewhere else.

The only thing worse than the airport bar not being open mid morning is having to settle for Dunkin Donuts. I don't get it. I've tried Dunkin's coffee a couple times now and it's still terrible. The two stars are for the sandwich we bought to take on the plane, which wasn't as bad.

Was waiting patiently for them to open at 5:30 am. I was starving, and I was looking forward to eating my favorite donut from Dunkin! My favorite is their Bavarian Kreme donut. Oh, I was so disappointed to find out they had absolutely none at this location!!! I could not believe it! I guess I should not have been too surprised because it was just a little location inside the airport. Still, I was so looking forward to it cause we have no Dunkin locations in California yet. Oh well, I ended up buying a blueberry cake donut and a chocolate chip muffin to eat later on the flight home. I was happy to see that the prices were cheap (considering we were at the airport). 95 cents for the donuts. $1.95 for the muffins. Both the blueberry donut and the chocolate chip muffin tasted yummy. Did not quite make up for not having the bavarian kreme though. I'll continue to buy from this location whenever we're at this terminal. Hopefully, they will have my favorite donuts in the future. I hate being disappointed!

I don't normally give a lot of one star reviews, but this one is warranted. First of all, there were about 3 diff types of donuts to choose from (huh?) Second, there were two lines formed. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind waiting due to being short staffed, but this was ridiculous. The other line continuously got served while us in the other line waited. When it was our turn to go up, the cashier walked away. People were getting very disgruntled by this, as they should. At that point, I said "no donut is worth this" to my hubby and we both left. So I probably would've written a better review had I been able to even be a customer.

Get your coffee and your donuts to fly here at this self-service outpost of Dunkin Donuts. Not the greatest selection and it's a limited portion of their menu but when you have an early flight and you didn't have time to get your caffeine and sugar shot, this is great! America flies on Dunkin!

Husband got me the wrong donut. Chocolate glazed. Would've preferred the original with chocolate on top... But the chocolate glaze still did it's job. Got an ice coffee.... And omgee gross. It's sugar with milk :( I don't know if the husband ordered it wrong, but dd should not in their right mind put together anything this sweet. Might have put myself a year closer to having diabetes? The coffee brings dd down to a two. Hmm if only I had the original donut with chocolate, might have stayed at a 3.
